I am Fernando Moya Rueda, leading the research group at MotionMiners GmbH since 2022. My research focuses on the analysis of time-series data for Human Activity Recognition, process prediction in logistics, ergonomic assessment, and indoor localization. Building on this, I am extending the research from my Ph.D. at TU Dortmund University in the direction of time-series human activity recognition and high-quality data recording, focusing mainly on deep architectures for processing inertial data from ego-centered recordings of humans performing activities. Simrat Singh is a robotics and AI researcher and engineer with experience across human–robot interaction, autonomous systems, computer vision, machine learning, drones, and intelligent robotics. His research experience includes work with Airbus, where he contributed to robotics and autonomous-system research in an industry-focused environment. His interests have consistently centred around making robotic systems more capable of understanding their surroundings, interpreting human behaviour, and working more naturally alongside people. Simrat has also taken on technical leadership responsibilities at Swift Robotics, where he has led a team of engineers following the award of a £1.5 million grant. In this role, he has been involved in translating ambitious robotics research into practical systems, coordinating engineering development, and working across areas such as perception, autonomy, AI, and real-world robotic deployment. A major focus of his work is Human–Robot Interaction: exploring how robots can perceive people, understand intent and context, make intelligent decisions, and interact in ways that feel safe, intuitive, and useful. He is particularly interested in bringing together AI, computer vision, sensor-based perception, and autonomous decision-making to create robots that can operate effectively in complex human environments. His broader goal is to help move robotics beyond machines that simply execute commands toward intelligent systems that can understand, adapt to, and genuinely collaborate with people.

Before assuming his current position, he as an professor of electrical enginwring at the CPGE (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Émes) center. His research focuses on system control, robotics, and embedded systems. He is a reviewer for journals intemational conferences. Brahim MOIM)UD is a member of the Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, and Applications Laboratoy at the National Higher School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences, Ibn Zohr University, Morocco. He has published extensively in internationally indexcxi journals and collaborates with across the fields of robotics, IoT, and artificial intelligence.

Avijit Banerjee is an Assistant Professor and WASP Fellow in the Robotics and AI Group at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden, where he leads research in autonomous space robotics. His research focuses on resilient onboard autonomy for space robotic systems, including planetary exploration and on-orbit robotics, with a particular emphasis on verification and validation frameworks for safety-critical autonomous operations. His previous research on autonomous terminal guidance contributed to the success of India's Chandrayaan-3 lunar soft-landing mission. His current research interests also include multi-robot coordination, task and motion planning, multi-sensor fusion, autonomous navigation, and intelligent robotic systems for space exploration.

Ahmad Mahdian Parrany received his B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Zahedan, Iran in 2010. He received his M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2012. He also received his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2023. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Vali–e–Asr University of Rafsanjan, Rafsanjan, Iran as well as The Special Consultant of Smelting Department, Sarcheshmeh Copper Complex, Rafsanjan, Iran.

Vyacheslav Burlov received a Specialist’s degree in Flight Theory (1972), a Doctorate in Cybernetics and Systems Analysis (1979), and the title of Professor of Technical Sciences in Cybernetics and Systems Analysis (1999). Professor Burlov is a renowned scholar in the fields of control systems, systems research, artificial intelligence systems, security, and the modelling of processes of various physical natures. He is the author of more than 15 peer reviewed books and 350 articles published by various publishers in Russia and abroad, including works on the formation of a system forming factor in the design and operation of artificial intelligence systems. In his scientific and pedagogical work, he is guided by the principle: “The aim of science is to seek unity”. Professor Burlov developed a theory of systems synthesis based on the law of preservation of object integrity. He applied the results of his theory in major aerospace projects in the USSR and Russia. He is a member of the Guild of Experts and a certified international class expert in the quality of professional education. Professor Burlov heads the scientific and pedagogical school “Systems Integration of Public Administration Processes”. The school is included in the Register of Leading Scientific and Pedagogical Schools of Saint Petersburg. For his contribution to identifying the development prospects of space technology and training scientific and pedagogical personnel for the space industry, the Russian Cosmonautics Association awarded Professor Burlov with the Academician V. N. Chelomei Medal For his achievements in training highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation awarded Vyacheslav Burlov the Honorary Mentor badge. Vyacheslav is a professor at the Higher School of Technosphere Safety at Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University and a professor at the Department of Information Technologies and Security Systems at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University (Saint Petersburg).

Melanie Rios Graniel is a Computational Robotics Engineer who graduated from the Universidad Politécnica de Yucatán. She specializes in computer vision, artificial intelligence for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and industrial automation. Her professional background includes roles as an Automation and Control Systems Engineer and an Automated Processes Engineer. Most recently, her work focused on developing real-time aerial computer vision and tracking systems. With strong technical expertise in frameworks like ROS2 and models such as YOLOv8 and ByteTrack, Melanie is dedicated to advancing the capabilities of intelligent sensing and autonomous robotic systems.

Jiver Enrique Perez Santana is a Mechatronics Engineering student currently in his first semester at the Tecnológico Institute of Querétaro. He is a young, highly motivated individual with a strong passion for the sciences and the development of emerging technologies. He has previously developed a project titled “Remote Robotic Arm for Laser Surgery in Ophthalmological Applications,” which he presented at the XII Congress of Mechanics and Mechatronics held in Montería, Colombia, in May 2025. He was working as a Senior Reliability Engineer in Refrigerator Division, Digital Appliance, SAMSUNG Electronics. Now he is working as associate professor in mechanical department, Ethiopian Technical University.

He is an Assoc. Prof at ATME College of Engineering, Mysore, Karnataka, India. He has served as an Asst. Prof, Guest Lecturer, and lecturer for eight and half years. He has pursued his research in Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Chennai and also qualified UGC-NET Exam in Dec 2019. He was a former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University, Cairo-Egypt (1996-2007). He was a professor of Computer Science at Faculty of Science,AinShamsUniversity from 1989 to 1996. He was a Director of Scientific Computing Center atAinShamsUniversity (1984-1990). His research includes intelligent computing, expert systems, medical informatics, and intelligent e-learning technologies. He has published around 200 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings in these areas. He has been involved in more than 200 conferences and workshops as an Int. Program Committee , organizer and Session Chair. He is author and co-author of 15 Books in English and Arabic Languages.
